For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any order additional to shopping charges.
If by any chance you are not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products within 14 calendar days after the product is delivered. As long as the product is not used in any way (of course you are allowed to fit the product) and with the hangtags still attached. We ask you kindly to send us an email within 7 days with the reason of return, so we know the return is coming – we do not accept a return without this email.
If the above criteria has not been made or if there is evidence for us to suggest that the goods have been used or damaged to such a degree that it looses or downgrades its value, the customer either a) loses his/her right to exercise a return or b) the customer will have to compensate for the decreased value of the goods. Returned products are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled we will refund the purchase price.
We ask you to send your parcel by registered post within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost in transit. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy. The return package should include the receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs are for the customer’s account.
